NDKW's quality management does not focus on the number of predicates whose logos adorn a coffee package. We rely on what each one of them means. The German Purity Law, the strict DIN and EU standards, the international certificates. We manufacture our products on the basis of these quality requirements.
We continuously monitor the quality of our coffees. In addition, we have each variety tested by external institutes. But there is one thing we never forget: our most important indicator of quality is the feedback from our customers. Because everyone understands "five stars" for great enjoyment.
Scientific procedures
Quality and food safety are measurable. In our own and external laboratories, all raw materials and the refined end products are tested chemically and sensorially down to the smallest detail. The results prove our high standards. And equally our transparency, because we openly communicate all processes and product specifications.
Human perception
As indispensable as scientific methods are - even more indispensable is the human being. Only the fine sense for nuances of taste, the acidity and the body of a coffee reveals masterly aromas. International experts evaluate our blends and work with us to develop new, exclusive coffee blends.
